I'm Gail — a ceremonialist, embodiment teacher, and guide for life's significant moments.
Whether you're marking a beginning, an ending, or something quietly in between, I help you slow down, feel it fully, and honour what matters.
As a celebrant, I create bespoke ceremonies — weddings, funerals, naming ceremonies, living wakes, and more — that tell your story with warmth, honesty, and meaning. Every word is chosen carefully. Every moment is held with care.
As an embodiment teacher, I offer weekly online classes for anyone who needs to step out of their head and come back to their body — through movement, breath, and somatic awareness.
Calm, grounded, and genuinely attentive, I show up fully for whatever you need — whether that's crafting the words for the most important day of someone's life, or holding space for an hour of quiet reconnection.
Every story deserves to be heard. Every body deserves to be felt.

Really enjoying the sessions sigh Gail, I have done three now. She’s an excellent guide/host/teacher, I’ve never done anything like these classes and I feel really supported through the different stages, she’s great for offering adjustments too! Her choice of music is always spot on! Looking forward to doing more classes.
