As a ceremonialist, I create bespoke ceremonies for weddings, namings, funerals, memorials, living wakes + any other significant moments. Your ceremony should reflect your story, not follow a formula. I'll help you create something genuinely yours.
As an embodiment teacher, I offer weekly online somatic yoga and embodiment classes, using movement, breath and body awareness to help you step out of your head and reconnect with yourself. No perfect poses or experience required. Just space to move, feel and reset.
