Really enjoying the sessions sigh Gail, I have done three now. She’s an excellent guide/host/teacher, I’ve never done anything like these classes and I feel really supported through the different stages, she’s great for offering adjustments too! Her choice of music is always spot on! Looking forward to doing more classes.
